Witchy Woman

One of the most common questions asked of me when I worked with Jr High students in Japan was, "What was my blood type?" I was really surprised and at the time I didn't even know my blood type! Why did they want to know? The teacher explained that they wanted to know a personality type based on my blood type. Like knowing your horoscope sign. They wanted to know the year I was born as well.  In Japan they use the Chinese calendar. I'm a tiger.

There was a time when people looked down on those who wished to see their future in the stars. But now we can find a horoscope in most newspapers and magazines. I'm an Aquarius.

Ever built a bonfire on the beach? Danced under the full moon? Taken a midnight hike? No? You really should. It's so fun.

Here's one: Ever made a thick, sludgy, green concoction with the actual intention of drinking it? Are you sure? Remember this?

The growing amount of health & fitness accounts on Instagram who love to post their morning egg porn and green power shots has gotten me thinking about how much we, who want to live a healthy, natural, and green life might have been similar to the witches of old. People who were accused of witchcraft and even executed for it.

I don't know, but it seems to me, I might be a lot more Witchy than you might think.

This graphic is great, but I don't know who made it. I received it in an email and I'm not sure I know how to look it up to fine the original source.
